Travis Kelce details the moment he fell for Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce has recalled the moment Taylor Swift “won him over”.
During an appearance on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast on Monday, the Kansas City Chiefs player revealed he was impressed by the pop superstar’s attitude when she made her first appearance at a Chiefs game in September 2023.
He explained that he offered to arrange a private entrance for her but she decided to walk through the main door like everyone else.
“There was no talking to security, making sure that she gets to her (seat). She’s just like, ‘I just wanna be around the family and friends and experience this with everybody,'” he recalled.
“She’s in the madness. She wants to be a part of it. She wants to support me and do things like that. She really won me over… And I think that’s why I really started to really fall for her. Just (watching) how genuine she is around friends and family. It can get crazy for somebody with that much attention. And she just keeps it so chill and so cool.”
Travis and Taylor began dating after he publicly spoke about his failed attempt to woo her at a concert in July 2023. She made their relationship Instagram official on Saturday by sharing snaps of Travis backstage with her, Prince William and two of his children.
She posted more snaps of the American footballer on Monday to celebrate his surprise cameo during her Eras Tour show in London on Sunday.
Elsewhere on the podcast, Travis, 34, said he was “proud” to be dating the singer but wanted to keep their personal life private.
“That’s my girl. That’s my lady. I’m proud of that,” he stated. “You just don’t want to let everyone into your personal life and be able to comment on it, knowing that everything she does is getting a headline.”
He also listed his three favourite Taylor songs as Blank Space, Cruel Summer and So High School. The latter is believed to be about their relationship.
