The Rolling Stones release new song with Lady Gaga

The Rolling Stones have shared a new collaboration with Lady Gaga.
The song, titled Sweet Sounds of Heaven – which will also appear on the band’s upcoming album Hackney Downs – also featured Stevie Wonder on Fender Rhodes, Moog and piano.
In an Apple Music 1 interview with Zane Lowe which aired on Thursday, frontman Mick Jagger called Lady Gaga “a really great singer”, adding that he had “never heard her sing quite that style before” when referring to their collaboration.
“We did it live in the room, and that was a great experience, her just coming in the room and her just opening up and seeing her bits and feeling her way and then getting more confident,” he explained.
Mick added that he and the Bad Romance singer also got “slightly competitive” in the studio with a lot of “screaming”.
In addition to Lady Gaga and Stevie Wonder, the band’s first album in 18 years will feature contributions from Paul McCartney, Elton John, former Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman, and the band’s late drummer Charlie Watts.
Hackney Downs will be released on 20 October via Geffen Records.
