Billie Eilish will be sitting comfortably to read a charming tale on an upcoming episode of CBeebies Bedtime Story.
The 22-year-old chart-topping star follows the likes of Tom Hardy, Orlando Bloom and Dolly Parton to read a story on the BBC pre-school network CBeebies.
Billie will read This Moose Belongs to Me by author and illustrator Oliver Jeffers and will also tell viewers of the importance and significance of music and nature to humanity.
Speaking about the story, which tells the tale of a boy named Wilfred who befriends a moose named Marcel, the Happier Than Ever singer said in a statement, “We need to look after beautiful, wild creatures like Marcel, but we also need to let them do their own thing.”
The special episode will air via the BBC and be available to stream through their service this week.
Promoting the news via social media, the BBC declared, “Get ready for a CBeebies Bedtime Story with Billie Eilish! Billie reads This Moose Belongs to Me by Oliver Jeffers, 19 July at 6:50pm on CBeebies and Player.”
Oscar, Grammy, Billboard, and Brit award winner Billie posed for a promotional snap for the BBC which was shared via Instagram, wearing a dark hooded jumper and with a patterned, green scarf over her hair.
Other major stars to take part in the long-running CBeebies show, which has aired since 2003, include Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, Kate Winslet, Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans.
