Adele claims Super Bowl Halftime Show is better on TV than in person

Adele won’t be attending this year’s Super Bowl live in Las Vegas because she believes she will have a better view on her TV.
The Rolling in the Deep hitmaker admitted to the audience during a recent Las Vegas residency show that she couldn’t see much of Rihanna when she watched the Halftime Show live in the stadium last year.
Having learned her lesson, Adele has decided to skip the live experience this year and watch Usher perform on TV armed with “some buffalo chicken wings”.
“I realised when I was there, It’s not really put on for the people in the stadium. It’s better on the TV because obviously I couldn’t see her,” she said, according to MailOnline. “Maybe I had bad tickets, I dunno. So I’m not going to go this year even though it’s right next door. And I love Usher, so I’m going to watch it on TV.”
Adele, who will perform at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace the night before the Super Bowl, also revealed that she doesn’t understand the rules of American football, even though her partner Rich Paul has try to explain them.
“Before I got with my man, I’ve never even watched a football game,” she shared. “I swear the poor guy has explained NFL football to me about a million times and then I’m like, ‘No, I don’t get it. One more time. I just don’t understand it.'”
The 2024 Super Bowl, a game between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, will be held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday 11 February.
