Taylor Swift leads nominations for 2024 MTV EMAs

Taylor Swift leads the nominations for this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards.
The nominations for the 2024 EMAs have been announced and the Lavender Haze hitmaker leads the pack for the second year in a row.
Swift, who took home three awards last year, is up for seven this year, including Best Artist, Best Pop, Best Collaboration and Biggest Fans.
The music megastar is followed by Beyoncé, Lisa, Kendrick Lamar and Ayra Starr with four nominations each.
Meanwhile, rising star Chappell Roan has been nominated for the first time in categories including Best Song, Best New and Best Push.
Other artists nominated for their first MTV EMA include Fred Again… for Best Electronic, The Last Dinner Party for Best New and BTS’ Jimin as a solo artist for Best K-Pop.
The 2024 MTV EMAs will take place on 10 November at the Co-op Live in Manchester and will be broadcast on MTV UK, Channel 5 and Pluto TV. The ceremony will be available to stream on Paramount+ from 12 November.
